All products sold by Dezovix are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand fulfillment process. Since every item is printed specifically for your order, slight variations in color, print placement, and design appearance may occur. These variations are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing workflow. Please review your order details, including product, size, color, and shipping address, before completing your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
6. Returns & Refunds
As our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
